Delicious and light crepes with tiramisu flavor. With a filling a little different from the usual ones
Ingredients for the crepe
-2 eggs
-1 cup of oats
-1 tbsp yogurt 2%
-1 espresso
-1/2 kg of baking powder
-1 tbsp Emelia molasses
-Water about 1 cup
* Ingredients for the filling
-2 tbsp yogurt 2%
-1 kg of cocoa
-1 tbsp Emelia molasses
* *Instead of egg, we can put 2 spoons of flaxseed in 6 spoons of water and instead of yogurt, animal yogurt from coconut or soy.
Put all the ingredients together in the blender. Add the water gradually as oats have the ability to “tighten” the mixture over time. Add the mixture to a non-stick pan and bake. Spread it on a plate, add the filling, wrap twice and enjoy!
