😍With few and good ingredients you can make wonderful things. Delicious and healthy at the same time!
For breakfast or afternoon
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Emelia molasses
a 1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Grind everything together and pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish or an airfryer.
Bake for 11-12 minutes if you want it to be runny on the inside or for 14-15 minutes if you want it to be cooked on the inside as well. When cooked, garnish with a little Emelia molasses.
