250g Emelia molasses
180g of melted banana
180g pumpkins, well drained
40ml sunflower oil (or coconut oil)1 tbsp vanilla extract
230ml vegetable milk
300g oat flour
80g cocoa powder
2 tbsp of baking
1/2 tbsp soda
50g drops of couverture
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed mixed in 3 tbsp water ***egg replacement*** Delicious chocolate cake!
Mix the liquids and add the dry ingredients! So, SO simple! Grease a cake tin well and bake for 45-60 minutes in a preheated oven at 170°C! The perfect chocolate cake without sugar!
