Try it !
* 40g Oats
* 1 medium ripe banana (about 120 g)
* 300 gr. Almond or other fruit herbal drink
* 2 tbsp. molasses Emelia
* 1 tbsp. tahini Emelia
* 1 tbsp. cocoa
In a blender, break the oats until they become almost powder. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend. Put in the fridge for 15 minutes and enjoy! Tip: For an even creamier smoothie, we can put banana in slices, which we have put in the freezer for a night.
Tip #2: If you want to make the chocpinia with the chocolate in the glass, all you have to do is melt in a double boiler 10 g. couverture with 1/2 tbsp. coconut oil. Put the melted chocolate inside a chilled glass and serve the smoothie!
Tip #3: For an extra taste of molasses, pour a dose of Emelia when serving!
