With watermelon, coconut and Emelia molasses, which contains, among other things, a large amount of potassium and sodium, the two electrolytes that help maintain fluids in the body!!

Ingredients

1 slice of watermelon

200ml coconut milk

2 tbsp grated coconut

2 tbsp Emelia tahini

Molasses Emelia

Execution

Put all the ingredients in the blender for smoothies, mix for 30¨ and serve with ice cubes to make it more refreshing. Add a little extra molasses.
