1 banana
200g of yogurt
1 tbsp cocoa
4-5 walnuts molasses Emelia
If we want, we can add 1-2 spoons of oat bran or wheat germ or ground flaxseed.
Put the yogurt in the multi first, then the banana, the cocoa, the walnuts, the Emelia molasses and mix for 20 seconds. Pour into a deep bowl and garnish with a little extra Emelia.
