Walnut pie with healthy chocolates! ❣️❣️Emelia molasses can replace sugar everywhere without its consequences!!! Here’s a suggestion from us for a delicious Walnut Pie with chocolate – without butter – and so easy that you won’t even need a mixer! 😉 Walnut pie without sugar!
🔸 For the syrup ・300g boiled water ・160g Emelia molasses ・1 stick of cinnamon ・6 cloves
🔹 For the walnut pie: ·4 eggs ・160g Emelia molasses ・80g olive oil (+ a little more) ・90g of milk ・180g of semolina ・50g wholemeal flour ・1 tsp cinnamon ・½ tsp clove powder ・2 tbsp baking powder ・1 tbsp baking soda ・2 tbsp vinegar ・100g coarsely ground walnuts ・40g grated couverture (optional)
🔸 For the topping: ・90g couverture ・15g of coconut oil
Prepare the syrup and let it cool. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until the molasses is homogeneous.
🥣For the walnut pie: ・In a large bowl, beat the eggs with an egg beater for about 1 minute. ・Add Emelia, oil, milk and mix to homogenize. ・Then add the semolina, flour, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder and mix until we have a homogeneous mixture.
・Put the baking soda in a glass, add the vinegar (it will foam immediately), stir with a spoon, pour into our bowl and mix gently. ・Add the walnuts, grated chocolate and mix again. ・Grease a 25cm diameter spring form (or pan) with a little olive oil, add our mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C for about 30-35 minutes. ・Remove and immediately pour over the cold syrup with the help of a spoon.
❗ We wait at least 45-50 minutes to unmould. ❗ ✅ For the coating: Melt the couverture with the coconut oil and pour over the cold coconut pie. Take care of yourself while enjoying yourself! !
