Chocolate mousse with tofu and Emelia molasses

A different chocolate mousse, which has everything!!
With Emelia and tofu!
Vegan – fasting!
Rich in polyphenols, phytoestrogens,
iron calcium magnesium!!!

Ingredients

400 g Tofu
200 g Couverture of 70% cocoa
50ml Emelia

Execution

• Put all the ingredients in the multi-machine with the knives (blender) and beat them until they become a homogeneous mixture.

• Place the mixture in bowls and put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Then garnish as you like and serve.
We added red fruits and homemade granola

Tip: If the mousse stays in the fridge for more than 4 hours, it will harden and it would be good to let it come to room temperature before consuming it.
