Emelia molasses, without sugar
A delicious cake,
for the entire family,
all hours of the day
• 2 couvertures 250gr • 250gr margarine or cow’s butter • 4 eggs • 160gr or half a bottle of Emelia • 180gr of flour • 1 bag of baking powder • 2 vanilla • 8-10 walnuts (optional)
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the 2 couvertures. As soon as they melt, stir them with a wire to homogenize and take the pot off the heat. In another bowl, beat the eggs together with Emelia. First add the flour, vanilla, baking powder and then the couverture mixture with the butter and mix. Add the walnuts. Pour the mixture into a buttered pan or mold and place it in a preheated oven at 180 to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool slightly and unmold.
