Ingredients

For 12 buns you will need
500 g. plain flour
40 ml EMELIA molasses
140 ml milk 1.5%
100 ml water
1 sachet (9 g) dry yeast
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 eggs
salt

Execution

Mix the water with the milk and heat them until they become lukewarm, pour the EMELIA molasses and mix. Add the yeast and mix. Leave for about 15 minutes in a warm place until they swell. Put the flour, salt, butter, eggs in a bowl and mix. Add the yeast mixture and beat with a hook for about 6-7 minutes.

Transfer the dough to a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for about 60 minutes or until the dough has risen enough. With floured hands, make 12 balls (6 for each pan), cover with a towel and leave again for another 20-30 minutes in a warm place until they rise a little more. Brush with yolk diluted with a little water, add poppy seeds or oats or sesame and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
