Ingredients

Base

150 g of granola

150 g of cranberries

20 g of coconut oil

Cream

500 g vegetable cream

300 g vegetable cream cheese

200 g of Emelia molasses

200 g of fruit

100 g of Emelia molasses

Execution

Base:

Blend the Granola, the cranberries and the coconut oil and spread it in the form where we will place the cheesecake. In a bowl, beat the cream, cream cheese and molasses until foamy and spread it in the mold. Let it set in the fridge for two hours. ⏲ Put red fruits on top and pour molasses. Enjoy!
